Returns & Refund Policy

At luvlet.in, we want you to be happy with every purchase you make for your little one. If you are not fully satisfied, we’re here to help.

Our return policy lasts 7 days from the date of delivery. If 7 days have passed since you received your order, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused

  • The item must be in original condition

  • The item must be returned in original packaging

  • You must provide proof of purchase (order ID or receipt)

Please do not send the product back to the manufacturer.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons (as these are baby products), the following items cannot be returned:

  • Used toys

  • Teethers, rattles, feeding-related items once opened

  • Personal care or hygiene products

  • Items damaged due to misuse

  • Clearance or sale items

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos of the item.

We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.

Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • The refund will be processed to your original payment method

  • It may take 5–7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again

  2. Contact your bank or payment provider (processing times may vary)

  3. If you still have not received it, contact us at support@luvlet.in

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

To request an exchange, email us at support@luvlet.in with your order details.

Return Shipping

To return a product, you will be provided the return address after contacting support.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping charges

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

  • We recommend using a trackable courier service
